Welcome
to the public disclosure area of the Electronic Reporting & Tracking System
(ERTS). In this area, you are able to view filed campaign finance &
matching public funds forms and be able to run ad-hoc reports on the
contributions and expenditures contained in those reports.
The
reports are generated in Adobe PDF format, so you will need to have the Adobe
Acrobat® Reader® software installed in order to view them. Click on the Adobe
logo on the bottom of the page to download and install a free version of Adobe
Acrobat® Reader®.

Filings
The
Filings tab contains the filing history for an organization. It also includes
an overview of the organization’s loans and Matching Public Funds (MPF)
requests. After you choose an organization, the filing history, loan history,
and MPF history will be displayed. You will be able to view the filings, both
scanned and electronic, or drill-down into the loan information.
Contributions
The
Contributions tab allows you to run ad-hoc reports on contributions filed on
Summary of Campaign Activity (CF-2) or on Affidavit and Payment Request –
Matching Public Funds (MPF-3) reports. The reports allow a certain degree of
customization in that you are able to specify certain filters to limit what
appears on the reports.
Expenditures
The
Expenditures tab allows you to run ad-hoc reports on expenditures filed on
Summary of Campaign Activity (CF-2) reports. The reports allow a certain degree
of customization in that you are able to specify certain filters to limit what
appears on the reports.
Reports
The
Reports tab allows you to view various specific reports on information
such as all active entities.
